WAIFC Cooperation Program
The World Alliance of International Financial Centers (WAIFC) is a global alliance organized in 2018 by six
cities including Busan with a goal of promoting information exchanges and strengthening global cooperation
among financial cities.
At present, it has a total of 18 member cities. The primary activities include
joint researches on financial issues, cooperation among financial centers, sharing of success stories and
smooth communication with the general public.

FC4S Cooperation Program
As of May 14, 2021, Busan Finance Center had joined FC4S (UNDP Financial Centres for Sustainability) which is an international network of 39 financial centres working together with an aim to achieve the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement. As the 34th official member of the FC4S, BIFC has been joining efforts to establish mid-and long-term plans and implement them into practice for continued improvement in the sustainable finance.
