6th Call for Tenant Applications – D-Space (63F), BIFC

Busan Metropolitan City hereby announces the 6th recruitment of tenant organizations for D-space on the 63rd floor of the Busan International Finance Center (BIFC), a strategic hub space for the Busan Financial Hub, in order to attract domestic and overseas finance and invesment-related institutions/companies and strengthen the functions of the financial hub. We encourage interested parties to apply.

□ Location: 63F, Busan International Finance Center (BIFC), 40, Munhyeongeumyung-ro, Nam-gu, Busan, Republic of Korea
□ Selections Available: 3 institutions/corporations (subject to adjustment depending on space availability)
□ Application Period: August 25, 2026 ~ September 10, 2026
□ Move-in date: October 2026 (Expected)
□ Support: Office space on BIFC 63F at approximately 10㎡ per person, Rent exemption up to three years.
