On July 1, 2025, President Myongho Rhee visited the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and its Innovation Hub to meet with DIFC leadership and discuss Dubai’s fintech cluster development strategy and legal system based on common law. The DIFC team shared insights on their regulatory autonomy, innovation-friendly frameworks, and the operation of their fintech hub.
