On September 16, President Rhee signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Tashkent International Financial Centre (TIFC) at BIFC. He also met with the Uzbek delegation visiting Busan for the WAIFC Busan AGM and the Uzbekistan Business Forum.
