President Myongho Rhee hosted the 18th Busan Financial Center Forum at the Korea Securities Depository conference room on the 39th floor of the Busan International Finance Center on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

The forum featured presentations on changes in Busan’s industrial structure, strategies for developing the city’s tourism industry, and lessons from Miami and Dallas for Korea’s financial center policy.

Participants discussed how Busan can foster strategic industries in response to changing domestic and international conditions and rapid technological and social transformation.
