President Myongho Rhee met with Deputy Director WEN Ping and her delegation from the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone during their visit to BIFC on Thursday, May 14, 2026.

At the meeting, President Rhee was briefed on Shenzhen’s policy efforts and achievements in fostering advanced service industries, particularly the financial industry. He also introduced Busan’s financial hub development strategy and its efforts to foster the fintech industry. Th participants exchanged views on potential areas of financial technology cooperation between Shenzhen and Busan.
