On June 27, 2025 (Friday), the Busan Finance Center held a meeting with representatives from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to discuss cooperation plans for the successful hosting of the 2026 WAIFC Annual Meeting in Busan.

They also exchanged views on the DIFC’s operation of its Innovation Hub and its independent legal framework based on common law, confirming a mutual willingness to cooperate in areas such as system design and financial free zone development.
