On May 27, 2024 (Monday), President Rhee participated in the "Which Global Hub City? Policy Symposium" held at the  Busan Chamber of Commerce & Industry to explore the challenges of spreading citizen consensus and realizing value for global hub cities and gave a speech on "Suggestions for Leapfrogging Busan Global Financial Hub".
